WHO AM I AND WHY DOES IT MATTER?

I have been building small businesses for 20 years. I’ve built my own, and I’ve consulted with hundreds of people like you to help them build theirs.

I shouldn’t admit this while I’m trying to get you to hire me, but I’ve failed at more than I’ve succeeded. That’s how I’ve learned to find the things that really work. That’s how I learned that you have to listen and care a lot about other people - just pushing harder on your own thing won’t typically get you where you want to go.

I know what it feels like to believe in yourself and your ability and your worth and struggle to find a where it will be accepted. It is heart breaking, and I’ve learned (the hard way) how to get you through it.

This is all I know how to do well. I struggled to find anyone to do it for me, so I’m doing it for other people.

HOW TO BUY IT

  • FOR SOLO ENTREPRENEURS

    STARTING AT $350/1 Hour session

    If you are a solo entrepreneur, or if you’re making all the decisions with a small team supporting you, then we can meet and work through almost everything in a handful of sessions.

    1 session - $350 (at least 1 hour, we go over at my discretion) - This is a great option if you have a single issue or if you don’t want to commit to a further engagement up front.

    5 sessions - $1500 (it costs less if I get to do more).

    10 sessions - $2900

  • FOR SMALL ORGANIZATIONS

    $3650/month

    When you have a larger team and a more complicated operation, it often makes more sense to operate on a retainer basis. This allows me to interview staff/team members and customers and map all processes to uncover ways to streamline and improve.

    Typically, I work with business owners/organizational leaders that have some experience and have a track record to measure and drive insights going forward.
